Investment

Transparent
Pricing

My fee is 15% of your total wedding investment, calculated on all vendor contracts I manage directly. It does not apply to personal expenses — your attire and personal travel. VAT does not apply as my business is registered outside the EU.

My minimum reflects what I value my expertise at. The percentage above that scales with the complexity of your wedding — not with how much you spend. I never take commissions from vendors I recommend. My reputation is built on couples who felt their investment was well spent.

Payment Schedule

Retainer — upon signing €10,000
Payment 2 — 18 months before 25% of remaining balance
Payment 3 — 12 months before 25% of remaining balance
Payment 4 — 6 months before 50% of remaining balance
Final balance — 1 month before Remainder

The retainer secures your date and initiates planning — it is non-refundable as work begins immediately.

I accept payment via bank transfer; Wise is my preferred method for international transfers.

Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
